Marc Costello of the Secret Stash passed away a few weeks ago. TESD just threw up their newest on Bandcamp with all proceeds going to Marc's family. I haven't listened yet so I can't speak to quality, but if you've never listened before and have anything to donate, it could be a good introduction to what has become my favorite podcast. And it's for a good cause!

 

Just saw that "I Am Road Comic" is streaming on Netflix

 

When Gil stuck that toilet brush in his mouth I literally gagged

 

Watched Gary Gulman's new special the other night on Netflix and enjoyed it quite a bit.

 

Drew Tarver's character in the live CBB from Atlanta is one of the funniest things I've heard lately.

 

Only two days until CBB Dallas! Sad to not see Neil but if we get John Lennon that will more than make up for it.

 

Wait I didnt know Neil was done. Who is on the rest of the tour?

I forgot Louie was doing a bunch of dates. Gonna be waiting for that follow-up email now.

 

Looks like TJ Miller will be filming an HBO special in September. It will like a year be a while until it comes out but I'm still excited!
I saw him the day after christmas and it has to be tied with the best comedy show I've been to next to Tig.

If you have Seeso, he does it pretty much verbatim on The UCB Show but seeing him actually do it is ridiculous.

Listened to the 1st episode of magic tavern. Is it basically just this? Cause it ain't doing it for me.

 

No, a lot of the fun comes from callbacks, great characters/guests, and the worldbuilding. I fell in love with it by the 4th or 5th episode.

Would you judge a TV show by its pilot?!

 

I mean that's kinda what pilots are made for
