You must fix your heart Supporter

You mean the best part of the song?

See you in hell, or see you when I see you. Prestigious

It's so forced and trite imo

I feel I'm a bit too hard on these guys but I can't help it, Common Dreads was a huuuuuuge part of my childhood and I always hold them to a nostalgia-tinted bar of quality which can't ever be fulfilled, really. This album is actually decent tho, pleasantly surprised by it musically but find Rou's clunky lyrics hold me back from properly enjoying it

Na, Yabba Dabba Do One Son is classic Shikari - love that.

It’s way more palatable than the rest of the albums as a whole, but I can definitely pick definitive favorites more easily

Honestly, I think this album is good, but disappointing compared to their last two. I'm really hoping it grows on me but it just hasn't so far.

Also, Yabba-Dabba-Do-I is absolute classic Enter Shikari. Same with the end of Hoodwinker.

I've come around on this a lot but I still think it's their weakest, save TTTS.

Just bought Dear Future Historians. Wow to that shipping cost but I've wanted this for a while.

“The Sights” is still doing it for me. As is the whole record, actually. I love going between this and Common Dreads.

Shinrin-yoku is the best song this band has ever written

I couldn't be more in love with the slow, dramatic back half of this record. And you're definitely right, in my opinion - they haven't written anything better.

I love The Spark more with each listen. I'm a long-time Shikari fan, but I really hope this record's accessibility gets them some new fans who will then check out their previous work. I have several friends who had trouble giving the band a chance before, but think The Spark is really easy to listen to.

I just saw Enter Shikari last week on their tour in Cambridge Mass. To be honest, I didn't think I would have as much fun as I did. The venue was pretty small on a Tuesday night and nobody really showed up for the two openers. Once ES came on though, the whole place shifted. Awesome experience, and such contagious energy! Being a newer fan and watching how they put on a show, this made me appreciate their work a lot more. I'll definitely be going to see them the next time they come around.

The Shikari crowd makes me happy but no one showing up for the openers is upsetting. Single Moms and Milk Teeth both rip.

Also there’s a foot of snow forecasted Friday. This does not look good
