Love Gliscor didn't realise it was that strong in OU tho. Haven't paid attention to competitive in a couple of years

 

On the most recent usage based tier update Gliscor was 46th with only 4.364% usage. So it's really not that prevalent at all at the moment.

I love how many of my faves are in OU now. Is Talonflame still EVERYWHERE?

 

Not surprised that Talonflame is still popular, I'm just really not a fan of it. Of course it's a very good Pokemon and is very powerful, I just find it cheap and boring.

What's a sample build for grimers? I'm intrigued.

 

For mine I'm doing -SpAtk +SpDef, I have a move set written up but I'm out and can't pull it up right now haha

 

I really wanna get into creating my perfect team, the whole thing just seems so daunting.

 

Quoting myself just to say you're an idiot, me. Just started seriously reading up on this crap and fuuuuuuck me I've never been so lost and overcome with tedium in my entire life.

Though I did also just read up on PowerSave and man hacking sounds ever so inviting.

 

imo just pick mon's that you like and start collecting different builds. that way you can easily mix/match your team composition.

started breeding with a Wish eevee just because I like Vaporeon and how he can tank super effective special hits from some pokemon (seriously what a damn feat!). then I saw how cool Gliscor was, and then Darmanitan etc, before I know it I got boxes of 5IVs waiting to be trained. You can go to the Battle Maison (or whatever the building that raises BP is) and try them out since you only need 3 to play that.

If you there's any Pokemon you need, just let me know. I can hook you up (provided I have them though!)

 

Who wants to give me a perfect 6 IV Ditto? I'll give you my first ever like on this forum. I can't imagine a higher honour.

I'm just gonna sit down sometime soon and think through what pokemon I want. That's by far gonna be the toughest part of this.

 

I think I've changed my mind on my party about 20 times now and it's still not done hahaha

 

Realistically, I'll end up with like 25 pokemon and won't be able to narrow it down anymore. At least I'll have plenty of party options to go with!

 

If anyone has a competitive Machop, Jellicent (4 IVs at least, with egg moves and right nature) hit me up! Itching to try a Trick Room team in doubles.

 

I feel like just getting the right stats is the hardest part. Trying to get my Electivire made was like pulling teeth, getting the right IVs/nature while cross breeding to get the right moves...ugh hahaha

 

I just look for people who have those haha. Try reddit or some IRC chat group. Also a 5-6IV ditto would be nice.
