You are entirely correct. I've met young Barbara at work too, and she doesn't tip if she misunderstands the menu and doesn't get her fruit when she subbed it for soup. She also sends back her chai but happily accepts it and even praises it when the manager brings her one you remade in the exact same way. I'm really not fond of Barb
