Yeah we've been instructed to only hand out straws on request bc they're bad for the environment. The customers give me dirty looks when they ask as if I forgot and there isn't a sign on the door informing them of of the situation. Get yr dumbass judging eyes away from me Barbara

To be fair the environment is important so if I did run shit I'd still say straws on request but still

all old white women are Barbara and old white women make up about 1/3 of the customers. Then old white men at another 1/3. Then everyone else. You can imagine how awful a tipper Barbara and her husband Bobert E Lee are here in the South

 

that definitely is an old woman name

 

there are few things that get under my skin quite as much as a customer dehumanizing employees because of policies or situations that they have virtually no control over

 

so basically what I'm saying is: that bag situation sounds like it will go over well

 

hey now! there's need to be an ageist about it, buddy. I'm sure Barbara sucked as a young woman, too.

 

Old people are notorious tippers and the most difficult customers, at least for me, are consistently old people
