The treyarch ones are the only ones worth a damn.

 

I honestly think Far Cry 5 will get my purchase with Red Dead moving (depending on reviews). Metro and Red Dead are day one for me. Battlefield and Spiderman will be in the first few weeks I'm sure, or Black Friday if it's too close to their release.

 

I thought Black Ops III was considered the worst COD since Ghosts?

I've heard Infinite War has a good campaign. I have it and may play through in the coming weeks.

 

I've already pre-ordered fc5, so I'm stuck with it if reviews are bad. I'm sure it'll be good though.

 

The campaign was the worst campaign in history lol. Multiplayers probably the only good cod mp this generation, and zombies are good.

Infinite Warfare campaign was great, but the rest of the game was atrocious.

 

hhhmmm. my rest of the year isn't all that stacked. the only games i'm guaranteed to pick up:

• Far Cry 5
• Ni No 2ni (i am very clever)
• Shadow of the Colossus HD

i'm sure there's stuff im missing, Switch stuff etc and i always find time for little indies. other than that, Monster Hunter and FFXIV will prob carry me through the year lol

 

I guess I am more worried it'll just be more of same. Far Cry 3-4 were blasts though. May try to play through Far Cry 2 on BC for kicks before release.

Campaign is all that matters to me! Haha, zombies has just never been my thing and I haven't played COD MP since.....Black OPS II maybe?

There's a lot coming this year that I want, but God of War and RDR2 are definitely my two most anticipated.

100% with you on that. Insane to think about how much time has passed since KH2 and i'm still waiting for this game. Like, I am an entirely different human being since then, but my anticipation has not gone down one bit.

 

I know I've been in here before defending the cost effectiveness of building a PC for gaming and more, but for anyone who hasn't been keeping up with the cost of GPUs and DRAM over the past 4 months, fuck was I wrong. The GPU I've had my eyes on for almost a year now, saving my money, has jumped up $200 since December. Bitcoin miners can fuck off, for real.

 

IW and WW2 are widely criticized by the Call of Duty fanbase in regards to multiplayer. BO3 active player count was higher than IW 6 months after launch. WW2 has had the steepest drop off rate so far. As a CoD fan myself, I've yet to meet anyone who liked AW or IW more than BO3. BO3 had an inferior SP to AW and IW imo but Treyarch is regarded as the best CoD developer by fans in terms of MP and zombies.

 

Yeah it’s crazy. I was planning to buy a PC last December and ended up with a PS4 Pro.

 

Haha fucking Nintendo...how do they NOT have a cloud save system...

 

DAMN.

I mean, the play hours would probably be still intact, but that is definitely the least important thing here. That sucks.
