Ive had Guiness flavored ice cream and Shiner Bock flavored ice cream before

These are just my ideas so far. I wanna get like ten ideas down, and then narrow it down from that to three of them.

Lemon Butter Cake - Cream Cheese Butter Cake, Lemon Curd, White Chocolate, Raspberry sauce of some kind.
Panna Cotta - Lime Custard, Mint Custard, Coconut Macaroons or Tuiles, Rum Crème Anglaise
Lemon Shortcakes - Lemon Shortcakes, Raspberry Curd, Candied Lemon Peel. Apple Glaze.
Coffee Cake Scones - Coffee Cake Scone, Pecan Crumble, Espresso Sabayon, chocolate shavings.
Deconstructed S'mores - Graham Cracker Gelato, Chocolate Truffles, Marshmallow Meringue, Chocolate Stick, Graham Cracker Crumble

Shortcakes and smores sound good, I have mixed feelings about deconstructed

 

Yeah deconstructed stuff is kind of played out at the moment. I really like the idea though, I'll probably just call it S'mores and leave the deconstructed part out of the name.

 

Just went to the fancy grocery store and it was glorious. Got a bunch of meats and veggies wine and fancy ice cream. Wish I could do this always.

 

I read that really fast and processed it as “wine ice cream.” I wonder if that’s a thing

 

I'd eat it.

 

I want a grilled cheese but I'm out of my go-to pepper jack. I guess I'll have to muenster up the courage to use something else.
