Still crazy to me how much bigger Creeper is in the UK than the US

 

Reminds me of Don Broco (Headlines 10,000 Venue in the UK, opens for State Champs in the US)

 

I’ve been a fan of Creeper for many years - since 2014. Traveled from the US to London for their most recent tour and was amazed by the crowd size. It was amazing to see.

 

It's late, but I just found the lineup for the Carnifex tour:
Carnifex/Oceano/Winds of Plague/Archspire/Spite/Buried Above Ground/Shadow of Intent/Widowmaker

 

Are a few of those taking turns doing select dates? Seems like a large lineup for the full tour.

 

That would be my guess. That or it's a new festival in the vein of Summer Slaughter. But I think someone said that it'll be select dates bands for a few of them. I think someone said Shadow of Intent was select dates on the East coast.

 

As long as I get Oceano and Archspire on a date near me, I will be there.

 

I think bands like Creeper and Don Broco aren’t bigger here because it took them too long to come overseas. Take a band like Don Broco, they’ve been together almost if not more than 10 years but Spring 2017 was their first US tour.

 

I assume this means they're out for Riot Fest?

 

Pinegrove has extended their hiatus and cancelled all of their current tour dates.

agreed. i'm just excited it's not an outdoor festival like lolla or riot fest. that makes me infinitely more excited about this.

 

Same. I'm probably out for Riot this year with a trip the week prior, and have no desire to go to Lolla unless one day was stacked.

Pretty sure Shadow of Intent is the only select dates band. The Indianapolis date leaked and every band mentioned was on the bill but SOI. It was called the Chaos and Carnage tour, so it seems like a Summer Slaughter type deal but in April.

 

There better be some more Gaslight dates

Assuming Gov Ball radius is why there is no Jersey/Philly and you can definitely catch me at one of those
