    I guess I better start doing that if I want to be as healthy as you!

    I know it’s not good/ideal/recommended, but I skip breakfast a lot of days. On days when I do eat breakfast, I typically have yogurt or a piece of fruit.

    That’s my logic too. I may have gotten only 5 hours of sleep and have a headache but at least I’m not at work
