I honestly feel if Rousey enters, she's winning the Rumble. So my thinking is Steph at 29. Maybe eliminates someone useless like Lana and feels really cocky. 30 is Rousey and Steph shits her pants (not literally). May actually be a way to get some of the haters on Rousey's side since she's taking out Steph.
