Because we hate the Steelers

 

I’m not sure if being unable to sleep at 9:30 qualifies as insomnia!

 

For me it does. Look this is how my body works:

(Days I don’t have to get up early the next day) My body: “Ugh dude it’s like 10pm aren’t you tired? Here let me make your eyelids heavy..”

(Days I have to get up early for work or something)
My body: “Sleep? FUCK THAT! You gonna toss and turn all night!”


So wired at 9:30 on a Work night is kind of a foreshadow

 

When do you normally wake up?

 

Work Days: 5:30
Non Work Days: 7-8:30 depending how late I managed to stay up

 

Andy Dick is funny.

The Impractical Jokers are funny.

 

It’s not about the Steelers, it’s about Antonio’s smile. Best in the league.

 

Normal average hours of sleep everyone gets?
Me is 5-6

Despite my being a huge proponent of sleep health, I probably average ~6 myself. Find myself being unproductive during the day and then either cramming at the end or just wanting to salvage some final enjoyment out of the day.

6/7 when I'm at uni
I'm all over the place on weekends or holidays. I've over slept a lot this week. It's actually not fun

 

On weekends I have the bad habit of staying up too late and then setting an alarm for relatively early to break the cycle but then I just snooze until noon anyway and the sleep is low quality

 

Whats sleeping?
