Whats up guys. I got bored and decided to film myself making a trap beat. I'm a professional music producer and audio engineer. I filmed myself making a beat in small studio set-up in my apartment. I saw Denzel Curry live and I don't know how the dude doesn't lose his voice with constantly yelling.

 

He shows a lot more control than actual just straight yelling, his voice sounds harsh but never like a full volume style of vocals that would kill your voice. Counterpoint, maybe he does lose it a lot.

 

like that set was so hype but I was worried my dude would lose his voice or something.

 

i have a friend who went to high school with denzel curry and he says denzel was always really quiet.

 

I mean, I guess it's a little different when rapping, but there are lots of vocalist that constantly yell. As long as you know how to use your voice properly you should be okay for the most part.
