in terms of exclusives or in general? in terms of bonafide console exclusives, Ni No Kuni. there's plenty of crossplat stuff im excited for though that i'll be going with the ps4 with

 

Never actually got to play Rogue so this is intriguing. Still need to finish Syndicate after abruptly stopping play about year and a half ago.

I don't think anything else is really coming out this year.

I'm excited for Yazuza 6 and Monster Hunter too. I don't really know what else is out this year. Despite how much I play games, I'm really bad at keeping up with games news lol

 

nah, it was largely ignored and under rated.

 

haha, I remember when I went between march-may 2016 finishing black flag, rogue, unity, and syndicate back to back LOL. good times.

 

Tbh the Wii U doing badly will actually be good for Nintendo now. They have a load of great games that they can port that no ones played lol

Well, Ive never even started Rogue, it's been sitting on my shelf unused for years lol

 

i have a very tempered excitement for Ni No Kuni, i'm not sold on any of the changes at all and think they have largely removed the charm of the world, but i'll still give it a full fair shot

People say that but a lot of those games did better than people think. At least until last year (which means things might have changed with Horizon), the only PS4 exclusive that had sold more copies than Splatoon 1 was Uncharted 4. The attach rate for Nintendo games was still very high on WiiU, which makes sense. Of course the Switch is a phenomenon, but people still underestimate those WiiU games.

 

i fucking love mario tennis, and i might be convinced to pick up dark souls on switch too

 

Went to look at gpu prices, holy cow thanks cryptocurrency gonna hold off on upgrading for awhile.

 

Ni No Kuni lost me with its battle system. I'll wait for reviews and probably get it discounted down the road.

 

likewise, the battle system being changed has me interested in this one though. hopefully I like it.

 

I definitely meant the new one. I thought the first game was perfect and loved every bit of it. This feels like Pikmin+
