"The Takedown" should have won easily. The 'bring walls down' part of "The Sound of You and Me" is so bad and the rest of that song is just standard Yellowcard.

Would have been great if Takedown won. I was surprised Only One won the OA bracket.

 

I can’t believe a song from fucking Lights and Sounds is going to beat “Lift a Sail.” Actually, I can believe it, but I don’t like it.

 

I like “The Takedown” a lot, but think they have way more interesting and personal songwriting post-hiatus.

 

I get a lot of the complaints against the album, but you know, if you admit it, that Hollywood Died is an amazing YC song.

If any song beat it out though, I wouldn't be too mad that LaS did it.

I agree, I was meaning more so that I'd love if Takedown beat Sound.
