Also me: Hey look, Dying Light is only £11!

 

Too spooky for me

 

I played the demo, and the visual effects they use, mainly the intense chromatic aberration, hurts my eyes lol.

 

I just want to kill some zahmbies

 

It's weird because I wasn't a fan of Dead Island yet I still want to play this game, I think the parkour has me interested as well

 

Yeah I didn't like Dead Island but loved Dying Light

 

That's great to hear! Dead Island was too buggy for me and the end game felt like such a grind to get to. I also love the Day/Night cycle they've presented here and how the infected change at night. Feels like the Dead Rising zombies at night jacked up times a hundred haha

 

Dying Light's ongoing history as an early, highly successful GaaS that exista largely outside of the video game media/vocal minority bubble conversation is interesting, it could be a case study in business school books

There's no way THE COALITION is making anything but a Gears game

 

I'd love a good new Fable game.

 

I can totally see Fable 4 happening which is good because I desperately want it.

Japan Forza Horizon sounds very plausible too.

But yeah, there's no way the dedicated Gears studio is making fucking Perfect Dark, haha. If it happens you can all laugh at me.

If all that came to fruition, and depending on who is developing Fable I would buy a X1X for sure. One of the reasons I was turned off of Xbox at the start of the gen was their lack of exclusives. I got tired of Gears/Halo/Forza repeat. Though Forza has been pretty consistent. I’m glad if that rumor is true, that theyre bringing back some of their other exclusives.

 

Bring back Brute Force, Fusion Frenzy, and the Unreal Championship franchise!!!!

Got Mad Max and omw to get mafia 3

 

I really liked Mad Max. I know a lot of people found it repetitive, which is said about a lot of open world games, but I thought the world was great, the car upgrades were fun, base building was cool, all-in-all definitely kept my attention.

Mafia III was just okay. Very bland I thought, but again, the world was great - lots of great visual and sounds to bring you to New Orleans.

I do remember raiding a base in Mafia towards the beginning where there was some music playing it the background, and I thought it was so awesome. That's one of the few things I remember.

 

Occasionally you go into these clubs for mission and it's awesome, they have bands playing and everything. You can also always visit them in the open world.

One DLC actually lets you rebuild your uncle's bar, which is awesome.
