Wow. As much as I love Witcher 3, it wasn't that hard? I've played much harder games

 

I am only 500 gamerscore away from 50k so that is cool.

I'll get that easily with Skyrim.

 

I bought Witcher 3 DLC when it was on sale on Steam, got them both for like ten bucks. I haven't played them yet though. Beat the game on regular, but currently going through on the hardest difficulty. Want to take my character over to the DLC at level instead with bear armor instead of the premade one.

 

Witcher 3 wasn't hard but it's one of the bigger AAA time-sinks out there, could def see people getting caught up in side quests, setting it down for a couple of weeks, and not knowing how to jump back in

 

All I did was sidequests in that game. Not sure I ever touched much of the main story. lol

Main story is fantastic.

Hardest difficulty ain't hard, but it's fine to be really precise in combat.

 

I started playing Red Dead Redemption again last night. Has bought it awhile back when it came to backwards compatibility, played it for awhile then got distracted with other games. Figured I'd go and finish the main story before the new one comes out this year.

 

That's basically how I play every game. Oblivion was a huge example of that. I don't think I even initiated the main quest until level 38 or something. lol

 

Oblivion and Skyrim are known for that. Witcher 3 main quest is phenomenal.

 

im level 42 and I have only did like 3 missions in the main story for skyline

 

Yeah but how long is it to complete. Some people like me after sinking 50-60 hours into a game say "eh, I think I've had my fill" and move on. I've done that with several games to be honest.

 

Fair enough. I loved it too much to give up. One of my favourite games ever.

 

Absolutely. W3 was definitely top 3 GOTY for me when it came out, and I didn't even beat it. Same with Zelda last year. Top 3, but never beat it.

 

I bought this on black friday for $12 since Ive always heard good things, but never played. After a day I was already over it.

 

I think Skyrim's main quest is fine, some moments in there that shake things up

 

I still haven't attempted Skyrim. I'm scared of getting addicted lol

 

Skyrim is so sick, esp. on Switch.

 

My Dad's just started it on Switch and he's loving it

 

I've been playing quite a lot of it this year on One X (because of mods and because it has been enhanced) and parts of it have aged badly but there's still some magic there. If only they'd patch out wolves completely, haha.

 

If I love the game, I'm the same. I soaked everything out of Red Dead Redemption, twice. But some games, usually Assassin's Creed or something like that I get bored and move on after so many hours.

 

i would love to play Skyrim again but doing the initial 5 hours or so sounds awful

 

Yeah I'm usually the same. A lot Of The time I tell myself that I'll Platinum a certain game then I end up give up at about 70% because I just want to play something else lol.

 

I am almost done

all i need is main storyline and daedric quests woooo

but then I have the DLC SIGH

 

my new plan now is to finish the main game and then take a break and do mafia 3 and then come back to the DLC.

I've had enough Skyrim.
