im drunk going in between listening to Every Time I Die & Alice In Chains.... currently at a brief stop off to watch Neil DeGrasse Tyson talk about asteroids destroying earth on youtube lol.

 

long video, but found this... but it amused me... I knew him from YEARS PAST for mocking Hopsin (despite being friendly with him and others) as well as his Jenna Marbles video. Idk why I'm sharing but I'm amused by his "SHUT UP MORONS" mentality here lol.

That's cool. I don't have a huge collection or anything. Most of the movies I have are from 3+years ago, not many newer movies.

I love horror it’s my favorite genre. I even attempted film school because of it

In general, trying to recover from the holidays still. So currently that involves listening to Citizen and freeing up my loom to start a new weaving. How about yourself?

Negative. But I have read almost every Stephen king novel

 

I'm liking it more but I'm a big scaredy cat, I can't even look at the trailers for stuff like Saw and Insidious

 

Also, I think it's brave of you to attempt film school. Any time I try to sign up for school of any kind, I literally start sweating and dry heaving. I think it takes a lot of courage to believe you might be good at something.

 

Same. I don’t enjoy being scared

Also, at least based on the movies my girlfriend has shown me- I feel like most horror movies I’ve seen aren’t good movies. Like, they scare you and all but every other aspect of it is bad. Acting, writing, etc.

 

Being scared doesn't bring me joy and I have no time for things that don't bring me joy.

Holiday stress for me will be over when all extended family leaves town on Sunday. Until then, I'm just surviving.

 

I used to be like that until I started to enjoy them for what they were

 

I find them usually bad overall and not scary at all. I can see every scare from a mile away.

That's really cool! I have a couple of comedy script ideas, I just need to learn to write and take the time.
I am taking a writing class that starts at the end of this month. It's like a for fun class that the local tech school is offering and it wasn't too expensive. I'm kinda nervous, but I'm happy that I followed through with getting signed up, even if my wife had to do it for me.
