I'm pretty excited for it! It's a pretty good time (for me, anyway) for new music to come out, since there's not much for the first couple weeks of the year and I can spend some more time with it.

Not every song is bad, but enough of them are not good that it ruins the whole package. But I've never liked that album, and I think everything they tried on there was done much better on the albums before and after.

That the Alkaline Trio album From Here To Infirmary is not good and "Private Eye" is easily their most overrated song and one of their worst.

That song was such a blatant attempt at radio play, and it's just not good. The lyrics are laughably bad.

 

But Goddammit is their best record?!?!
