I’ve worked with a bunch of kids over the last few years and yeah, some of them are very self entitled and don’t like to work hard, and others have busted their asses off and been better workers than some of the adult employees I’ve worked with. It’s a case by case thing, I think.

 

I think the only people who even use the term 'millenial', are non millenials

 

I will say, I do think people are awful at communication lately and I think that largely has to do with social media. But that’s just conjecture
