I can barely remember what almost any of the songs sound like, tbh

 

In the Wake is my least favorite album of theirs and Is This My Fate is one of my least favorite track on there.

I think once the bracket starts and you re listen, you'll really dig the poppier tracks like Taste the Poison, Take Me Back, Sleep and Wake Up The Voiceless.

My least favorite from ITWOD is def Five Against the World. It's the only Wake song that isn't on my SOTY playlist.

It's still a good song with a killer solo though.

STORY OF THE YEAR FACE OFF

This will be NCAA style matches, with randomly generated brackets for each album facing off to decide which is the winner of each album. At the end of all of the albums, we'll do a finale Champions Bracket to decide the best overall SOTY song!

1. Voting will take place over 10-24 hour period, depending on How close the matches are(if there's a wide margin too far to beat the round may be run ruled to not waste time), and as well as average votes and participation.
2. You must vote on every match in a round. If you don't your other votes don't count. Jut reply to this thread with your choices. I will not vote unless there is a tie needed to be broken.
3. PLEASE Feel free to discuss why you chose one song over the other and why you like that song. It's what helps keeps these fun and not just pages of song titles. Not required though, this isn't college and I ain't yo teacher.
4. I avoid byes into rounds if I can, but sometimes it's necessary. These are randomly generated I do not pick them.
