I assumed it was Chewie talking to Rey when she gets in the pod on my first watch, but Rian said it was BB-8 who says it.

Well, some of their scenes (the force connection/touching fingertips and when they are in the elevator) came across as pretty erotic/like something else is clearly going on here ha. Kylo, of course like Anakin, says they can rule the galaxy together -- but Rey recognizes how toxic he is still and leaves on her own merit (good ha!). She recognizes he has some light in him -- but she can't change him. That is his choice. Will be interesting to see what they do in the next film.

 

Someone should tell Kylo having a girlfriend is way better than not having a girlfriend

 

I know it's been pointed out a few times, but the diversity in this film is amazing. I'm just so thrilled ha. Also, it looks like a lot of GoT actors are in the film -- I'm not great with names but a lot of familiar faces.

 

Aunt Lysa works on one of the First Order ships lol

My friend is asking me if I watched the Redlettermedia review because apparently those guys went to film school and are professional critics? Like ok if they are your frame of reference for movie reviews lol

I remember watching that one Ghostbuster video, with a description as:

He’s back! Scientist Man looks at statistics, numbers and the media reaction surrounding the new Ghostbusters reboot. He’s joined by two losers named Rich and Jay who like the original film, but not the reboot. They must be sexists!

... and realizing for the upteenth time I don't really give a shit about YouTube or YouTubers.

 

Yeah he says there's no appeal for a third film and I'm like uh you don't want to find out what happens to Kylo or Rey or any of that?

 

I'm sure it'll sell zero tickets.

 

I remember their reviews for the prequels were pretty thorough as far as detailing the million reasons why they were bad, but I think those were just easy targets. They did one for Rogue One and part of their complaint was that they don't show you certain things and just expect you to have seen the other movies... uh, that's kind of the point.

I would be happy to never see another RLM/Cinema Sins/Honest Trailers posted again. They get posted in every single topic for a blockbuster film.
