I've lost like 20lb since last summer and the only change I made was quitting drinking.

 

I need to lose weight

 

Cut the carbs.

Ugh cutting carbs would be too difficult for me, especially since I just eat like a fucking pig sometimes. I need to limit them no doubt tho.

I went to the bulk nut section yesterday, and there's a person who will grind them up and make you fresh almond butter. It's amazing.
