  1. I'm on to the 2nd round, whatever Burkehead does tonight won't effect me but I hope he does something tonight so I feel comfortable starting him this coming week

im moving to the championship in one league but my opponent is (most likely) getting rodgers back, AND zeke. so im basically planning on getting second.

Tom Brady now has scored less than 20 points in half of my games (only 4 points per throwing TD). I've been stashing Aaron Rodgers (mostly so no one else in the playoffs nabs him) but I may be forced to start him over Brady next week if he's back. Brady has looked really bad these past two weeks.

I have been riding the Steelers D for almost the entire season, and tried to plan ahead by snagging an extra defense for this week specifically. What a terrible time for them to finally have an unplayable matchup.

Right now I have the Steelers and Bears rostered and the waiver wire looks like a lot of long shots. Anyone have an opinion?

By ESPN projections, my options are:
    Washington vs. ARI
    Cowboys @ OAK
    Dolphins @ BUF
    49ers vs TEN
    Colts vs DEN
    Bears @ DET
    Browns vs BAL
    Raiders @ DAL
    Chiefs vs LAC
    Steelers vs NE
    Giants vs PHI
    Bucs vs ATL
    Jets @ NO

God help me, I'm going to lose as the #1 seed coming off the bye because of my defense

In the semi finals. Probably have to roll out Goff vs. Seattle. Other option is Carr and he’s been miserably bad. Or I could grab Jimmy G? Is that overthinking it?

    Nope. Supporter

Seattle D has been pretty bad lately

Jimmy G wouldnt be a bad option. Tennessee's D stinks.

    Championship semi-finals. I'm a mess everywhere;

Pick a QB: Brady or Rodgers. It'd be silly to start Rodgers after sitting for so long, but Brady has been BAD the past two weeks and honestly has only been great in 4 or 5 games this year. I'm still leaning Brady.

WR: Allen is my locked in WR1, but then I have Diggs, Nelson and Crowder. Nelson has been unplayable since Rodgers got hurt, but if Rodgers is back, I think I need to plug Nelson in at WR2. Diggs and Crowder too unpredictable.

RB: This is where I'm a real mess: My RBs are Freeman, Burkhead, J. Williams, L. Miller, L. Murray (and I dropped Drake two weeks ago...ugh) All of them are pretty serviceable RB2s, but I keep sitting the wrong guys at the wrong time. Right now I'm thinking Freeman, Burkhead and Williams (3 straight 20 point games - kind of hard to sit right now) but all of them are capable of having a 3 point game or an 18 point game.

Defense: I have Chargers vs KC (not good) but am trying to pick up Eagles vs. NYG but I'm last in waiver priority.

Heh I actually dropped their D once Sherman went out, been rolling LAC since.

But yeah I suppose my fear is the idea of what was Seattle’s D and playing in Seattle. I’m sure Goff will be okay.

Made it the championship for the first time ever wooooo, now i'm super torn with Wentz's injury is that makes Jeffrey still playable

Need a WR2 and Flex out of these

    Jeffrey
    T. Hill
    Gordon
    Henry
    Darkwa
    Shepard
    Goodwin
    Perine

I Think I'd go Hill, Gordon (assuming thats Josh) and Goodwin

  12. Max_123

Yeah Josh. Out of those 3 which 2 would you say lol. My WR1 is M. Thomas and he's a definite start

we've seen the shadow of the axe before Supporter

So thanks to Chris Boswell and Jarvis Landry I’m moving to the semis in the playoffs (I was down by 39 with only those two guys left). First time I’ve been this far in the playoffs in my league in 9 years.

Now I get the #1 seed who went 11-2 during the regular season, one of those two losses was from me. It is tough to beat the same team twice in fantasy but I just did it in the first round and hoping to do it once more this weekend.

Who should I start at QB?

Rodgers @ CAR (if he plays)
    Cousins vs ARI
    Winston vs ATL

my advice to you is #notWinston

    sheesh thats tough

I guess I would sit Tyreek. LA defense is tough.

  16. Play Demaryius @ IND on Thursday night or hope Rodgers plays Sunday so I can use Jordy? PPR.

Wait it out until Thursday, see where Rodgers is at then make a call

I don't know if I would fully agree with you here. I'd start Winston over Cousins at this point and I'd probably even start him over Rodgers this week to see how he is going to do and roll him out during the finals if he does well (assuming you make it). Winston isn't a very good "NFL Quarterback," but if you take away the 2 games he was hurt this year then he has been a solid Fantasy QB and helped to win me a few matchups this year.

    Any suggestions (1ppr):

    QB: Matthew Stafford
    RB: Alvin Kamara
    RB: LeSean McCoy
    WR: Devin Funchess
    WR: Doug Baldwin
    WR: Robby Anderson
    TE: Austin Seferian-Jenkins
    FLEX: Carlos Hyde
    K: Stephen Gostkowski
    DEF: Baltimore

    Bench:

    QB: Jameis Winston
    RB: Alfred Morris
    RB: Samaje Perine
    WR: Kelvin Benjamin
    TE: Stephen Anderson
    DEF: Cincinnati

I'm going to make some moves on the waivers today and assuming they go through I'm dropping Cincinnati's defense and trying to pick up New Orleans since they are going against the Jets with no McCown at QB. Also going to drop Stephen Anderson and pick up another Tight End, just not too sure who to go for.

These are the some of the available TE's on the waiver:

    Ricky Seals-Jones vs. Washington
    Eric Ebron vs. Chicago
    O.J. Howard vs. Atlanta
    Jesse James vs. New England
    Trey Burton vs. NYG
    Benjamin Watson vs. Cleveland
    Marcedes Lewis vs. Houston

I know it's slim pickins, but I've got to try to get somebody with a safer floor than ASJ and Stephen Anderson.

Also, I'm very thin at WR and these are some of the available WR on the waivers:

    Tyrell Williams vs. Kansas City
    Keelan Cole vs. Houston
    Torrey Smith vs. NYG
    Kendall Wright vs. Detroit
    Jeremy Kerley vs. NYJ

I know these are bottom of the barrel players, but I have absolutely no need for Alfred Morris because I'm not going to play him over any of the other RB's I have and I just want to have another WR on the bench to stash just in case something happens. Are any of these guys worth picking up or should I just hold onto Alfred Morris this week so no one else can have him and then dump him, if I make the playoffs, when Zeke is back?

So with wentz done is Goff a good streamer? Of course they play Seattle this week..

I think Goff is like 11th or 12th on the year at QB. Hes definitely worthy

I don't think what Bortles did last week against SEA is a fluke...they're definitely exploitable

Yeah the only other decent QB available is bortles who hasn’t been that bad as of late. Otherwise I can roll the dice on Jimmy G or Tyrod Taylor.

I think I would start Jimmy G over Goff this week tbh

    Titans D stinks
