    As well she should be!

We have a girl due in April, my son turned 2 in September. He definitely acts bossy

Snow is awful. I'll take freezing cold over snow on the ground every single day of the week.

I like it. Especially during the holiday season. Christmas last year was 55 and cloudy. That’s NOT Christmas

It's so dangerous, and people still drive like assholes, especially people with large trucks and SUVS

The people here do not know how to drive in snow to save their lives. A light dusting puts them on the side of the road, and rushing to the grocery store like it’s the apocalypse

These are my sentiments exactly. But I'm in Texas so this doesn't happen in the parts I've lived really.

Although it DID actually snow last Friday which lasted about 4 hours and that's about it

    Prestigious Prestigious

Snow is cool when it's not something that takes over your life for months at a time. I understand it's a hassle when you get it in November and don't see the ground until may. That must suck.

I like snow but only want it a few days a year which I don't usually get in Austin or El paso.

Snow is nice to look at.

Snow is not nice when I have to drive anywhere.

    Trusted

We've had snow in my city for over a month now, but the past few winters have been bearable. Typically we get an average of -10 C (14 F) to -30 C (-22 F) for the better part of 5 months, but it's been hovering around 0 (32 F) for the past few weeks, its glorious.

I grew up in the country, I don't know what people's deal with driving on snow is. City people turn into idiots as soon as the snow hits.

    Irregular Prestigious

It's a big inconvenience for my area. Our DOT just doesn't have enough of the right equipment (plows, trucks that'll put down salt, etc) for when a heavy storm occurs. It's just too rare to invest in. Also lots of bridges which get super icy.

Couple that with inexperienced drivers and it's a real shitshow for NC.
