I watch American Horror Story, Crime Story and Scream Queens.... but this is SO not for me

opposite for me, for some reason I'm fascinated by celeb gossip and drama

 

Haha, I stay so far away from celeb drama shit, I can't handle it at all.

 

Anyone here ever think they're addicted to the internet? Or has the internet just become a part of everyday life? I can be on my computer from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed on days when I don't have plans, and I usually don't have plans.

 

I don't think of it as an addiction because the rare days I'm not online I'm fine ,but I'm not always sure it's healthy

 

Right. I never think, "I really need to get home so I can go online," but I also use my phone quite a bit. When I'm sitting at a drive-thru or waiting somewhere, I feel like a psychopath when I sit still and stare off into the distance, so I go on my phone. I'm certain my vision has taken some damage from staring at a computer screen for the last 10 years.

 

I'm always on mobile, but i mainly only check this site

I try to avoid being addicted to the internet when possible. I'm basically online all day at work so when I get home I try and play with my kid, cook dinner, maybe spend time outside if it's nice, and really not check the web again until I'm in bed. It's definitely tough. Sometimes I want to go and get a flip phone and live a basic life and then other days I realize that's insane and it's amazing having the Internet, movies, songs, news, and friends at your fingertips whenever you need it.

Once Upon a Time is making me so mad right now. For every good thing it does, it does two things wrong.

 

People always tell me to watch it because of its very loose ties to Fables, but I can't get behind that.

 

This season started off really good, but the second half is really stupid. When it gets it right, the emotional payoff is fantastic, but it gets it wrong twice as much. Very frustrating.

As a whole, the series does a good job of making you care about the characters, but it often feels like the writers lose sight of that and chase after cool concepts instead. We don't need a new villain every half season, especially if it means constantly resetting any character development.

I've been making my way very slowly through OUAT's first season for nearly two years probably, lol. I like it. Someday I'll actually take the time to focus on it probably

The first season is great. Then they keep going in circles and introducing more and more villains who all happen to be related to already existing characters in some way, either by family or otherwise.

 

But... The Disney characters!

 

Why has the Grinder not been renewed?!

 

It's a bloodbath over at ABC today, they've cancelled a bunch of shows.
