I'm bored at work and got some down time. Anybody interested in me pooling the list of every record recommended so far?

 

Also I'm making @iCarly Rae Jepsen listen to Polar Bear Club - Clash Battle Guilt Pride or You, Me, & Everyone We Know - Some Things Don't Wash Out. While they're making me listen to Kesha - Rainbow and St. Vincent - Masseduction

 

I think it'd be nice to have a running list. I probably want to keep my recommendations fresh, and not recommend the same record twice!

 

The horniest band in the business. So many lyrics about making serious whoopee.

Definitely check out last year's "Pile" if you liked this. I dig "Toy" but I think the former is even better.

Pile is great, but I definitely like Toy better. Stoked that someone else knows about them!

I will say that I'll Come Crashing was probably the highlight of their set.

There were suprisingly few double rec's of albums, pretty diverse recommendations across the board.

 

Thanks for compiling that list! Pretty cool that in 3 weeks we collectively checked out 183 albums.

 

In combing through this thread compiling that list, the only thing I can say is maybe limit the rec's to one album per week. Some people are handling three or four records just fine, but I saw a lot of people struggling to post thoughts on time or would end up posting them midway through the next cycle.
