That's my band My Best Antic. We're from Germany.
Heavily influenced by bands like Silverstein and Yellowcard.

    Feedback appreciated
We will record our next record with a somewhat famous American producer, so I'm stoked about that. B-)

Hi guys! I play in a band called Vastcade. We're a new band out of Boise, Idaho. We have released two singles and are in the process of finishing up an EP. Let me know what you guys think! :)

Guys, we are Ukrainian band called Yah. We sing in English. If you like Brand New, Promise Ring, 90s/00s emo and bit of indie — please check our debut EP. You can download it for free.

I pretty much play everything in The Feels.

Um, people tend to tell me that it sounds like a mix of old Weezer, and Billy Joel with Beach Boys harmonies.

I like all three of those, so it works for me.

  8. So it's been a month but I finally got to the sophomore! haha. Actually, yesterday morning I listened to the s/t for the 2nd time, then Jam Dreams for the 1st time. I liked the latter, but the s/t really clicked for me and it immediately became my new obsession. Since I was on a drman kick, I hopped on Stitcher and listened to the Casey Bates episodes of your podcast! I enjoyed it a whole lot, even more than I was expecting to since I'd already listened to Casey's edited-down version. Then today, I relistened to s/t (obviously), listened to your Nic Newsham episode (which was ridiculously hilarious and maybe not the best thing to listen to at work), then listened to Jam Dreams for the 2nd time. As fate would have it, Jam clicked. So now I'm obsessively in love with BOTH records!! Now I'm just having trouble figuring out which one I want to listen to, again, next.

Man, this is really awesome. I've just decided to give a try your first track, and somehow it hooked me, though I'm not really into this type of music. Also Purple Heart

  12. Anytime! I look forward to keeping up with the podcast and listening to the band's newer EP. Ironically enough, I posted about the band on Twitter and one of my best friends saw you live six years ago. Now I'm "mad" at him for not introducing me sooner.

Whats up everyone, I play in a pop punk band from Bel Air Maryland called Chasing Morgan. If you went to Warped Tour in 2013 or 2014 there's a good chance that i came up to you and tried to show you our music, we were one of the catering bands on the tour both years.
Here's our most recent music video, any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Vinyl Pre-Order: Basketball Shorts- Hot and Ready LP · Fleeting Youth Records · Online Store Powered by Storenvy

Your go-to Summer album has arrived! Fleeting Youth Records and Austin Town Hall Records present, Hot and Ready, the first full-length album from Austin, Texas-based "party punk" foursome, Basketball Shorts, set to release on July 8th and pressed on cool clear vinyl with white and blue smokey swirls.

The new record finds the band building off the energy of their previous split EPs, fleshing out their sound (adding guitarist Ben Chinisci and Adam Sharp on drums), and ramping up their infectious hooks. The 10 tracks move quick and easy as lead singer/guitarist Ben Seligson licks his melodic pop chops and croons unforgettable party-ready jams about love, loss, Home Alone, and Lt. Dan from Forrest Gump's "Magic Legs".

Packed with punk-pop ear worms akin to The Marked Men, Mean Jeans, and The Spits, Hot and Ready is the good-time Summer BBQ record to play with your punk friends, your rock friends, your pop friends-- fuck it-- ALL friends.

Hey everyone I run a small clothing company called Still Alive that I started in 2011. I design, screenprint, package, ship, and do just about everything else myself. I put together a bunch of compilation albums featuring some cool smaller bands that you may not have heard before and you can download them all for free at Bandcamp.

I play in a garage rock band in Melbourne, Australia. We have our EP up here to listen to if you're interested. Think the Pixies/Placebo maybe a little bit of Silvers Pickups.
