I think she is a big Paige fan and realized how much he ruined her.

We also saw him wrestle Sami Callihan and it was legit awful. Sami didn't get to do any of the shit that makes him amazing.

 

i’ll never forget the night i watched a random impact in the wake of the baltimore riots, and MVP looked at the hard cam mid-promo and said “you call us thugs because you’re afraid to call us ni**ers”.

this was when impact was live, and the censors got NONE of it, not even a belated bleep. i mentioned it on here and on reddit and no one gave a shit but it was a fucking awesome impassioned promo and such a great HOLY SHIT moment

Watching the Bullet Club members try to add/subtract members on the recent episode of Being The Elite got me thinking. What do you think will take to get Kenny Omega dethroned as the leader of BC?

He has stated that NJPW is the WWE for him, and has no plans to go there in the near future, which is also kinda backed up by his appearance at Supercard of Honor.

Do you think that the BC will:
- Superkick him out of the club and crown a new leader, maybe Cody as hinted on Being The Elite.
- Continue with Kenny as the leader for the coming year+ until he eventually signs with WWE like everyone does.
- Fizzle out eventually with Kenny as the leader.

 

I think Cody will try to lead some kind of coup or power move for the leadership and probably fail, then get superkicked out by the Bucks or Kenny gets superkicked out, goes out on his own in NJPW, and does a better Bullet Club hunter gimmick than yoshi tatsu

 

I think Kenny waits until Vince is out of the picture before heading over.

 

It feels like the Elite is going to break off in some way, felt intentional really.

 

I figured they would at some point, does Cody take over BC then? I can't buy him as the leader, mostly because I'm eh on Cody. Does Hangman stay in BC if the Bucks break off?

 

I think they should have Jay White take over the Japanese side of Bullet Club and demand the name be removed from The Elite guys. It would only really effect Kenny and the Bucks in NJPW. They are basically faces over there and you could legit run BC with the guys they have in Japan. I don't think they lose a ton in Japan with those guys out.

The only reason they wouldn't do it is because of the US brand they see trying to build.

Exactly. I think the bucks would be dumb to leave right now, the bullet club brand is really hot. They actually just made it to number one in hot topic shirt sales, beating rick & morty and all other band shirts etc.. I think they’ll milk that as much as they can before leaving, and I doubt hangman stays after they leave. Jay white fits BC so well with his new gimmick

 

As long as Kenny is in NJPW he'll lead the Bullet Club. They do way too many faction tag matches between main shows for him not to be in the BC. Without being in that faction, he'd be lost in the shuffle.

 

I really don't want to see Cody lead Bullet Club.

 

how does Bullet Club even function as a property? is it a NJPW IP that they're very loose with in terms of letting the guys monetize/promote how they see fit?

 

Definitely NJPW IP...which is why they created The Elite, so they'd have something to monetize for their time outside NJPW.
