Trying to make a playlist of songs that go over well with me and my sister. There's a lot of One Direction involved. Got Kendrick, Drake, ZAYN... idk what else lol I'm too out of touch already

I wish I was remarkable enough to get blocked lol. My twitter just kept getting hacked and twitter shut it down so I gave up on it. My 6 spam followers were prob devastated at the loss.

 

I just want to say I'm really glad that people can "like" posts on this board. Back on AP, if no one responded to one of my stupid posts I'd assume it was because no one appreciated it, but now I know that's only true about 30% of the time.

Does anyone here have dual citizenship or has anyone ever tried to get dual citizenship? I qualify for Irish citizenship through descent because of my grandparents and was wondering if anyone has gone down a similar path.

I don't know where to put this question, so here it is lol

 

im like 90% sure for getting citizenship for here you just need a passport, your grandparents birth and death certs, possibly a marriage cert too. then fill out a form given to you by your local consulate

 

Yeah, that sounds about right from my research. Unfortunately, my grandparents are deceased, so gathering the birth/death/marriage certificates is substantially harder

Well, I had a nightmare in which I had a daughter and a monster made of eyeballs with teeth was trying to eat her, so that was weird.

New avatar for the first time in years. Not sure how I feel about it yet...

 

So I'm working on a writing project (that I plan to share eventually, but it's pretty early on) where I'm trying to combine my experience with live music or albums and how that's woven in to my experience with depression and/or travel. Do you all have any writers that you enjoy doing something similar? All that's coming to mind is High Fidelity or Chuck Klosterman, and that's not really what I'm going for at all.

 

Rob Sheffield's book Love Is A Mixtape might be something of interest to you. I'm not familiar with his other books though.
