Thanks. And amazing timing. I literally just got home and was planning to watch this.

 

XC2 seems fine. It's been a fantastic year for JRPGs and this should be a decent addition, still not into the way a lot of the game looks (UI/character designs) and coming off of X which was okay but a huge drop-off from the first Chronicles has me a little more hesitant. Still gonna buy day one though.

 

XC2 looks pretty good. Not a fan of the main character’s design but other than that I’m into it

I’m getting near the end of XC1 I think. I’ve really enjoyed it so far and the story has taken some interesting turns

 

Definitely agree that X was a step down from the first, and really i actually never finished it, but this looks much closer to the first game in design and feel. So i definitely have high hopes for it.

 

XC2 looks so good, and so cheesy in the best JRPG possible way. My SO was just saying that it wasn't JRPG enough because it lacks Nomura but I did a quick search and found out that he was actually involved in designing one of the game's factions. Love the world as well, I can't wait to explore a big ass map again.

I usually hate games that cram so much stuff in it, but for some reason XCX didn't bother and looks like this won't too. I hope they make another game with Skells though. Huge fan of robots.

 

I loved XCX. The openness was so awesome.

 

so many awesome things coming out lately and i have no time and no money, the only thing i have coming is my preorder of ultra moon. thinking of picking up shantae on switch once i finish one of my papers though.

This is exactly why Nintendo is mostly anti-streaming and anti-YouTube, unless they have a lot of control over the content. One of their most valuable assets, if not the most valuable asset is that parents can trust the name Nintendo.

I want to point out that I don't agree with all the larger societal conclusions the author makes, but this part is accurate. Personally I'm convinced Nintendo is on the right side of history here.

Hands down my most expensive year ever

I bought so much amiibo, joycons, games and other Nintendo stuff.

I selfishly want Nintendo to kind of hold back next year just to give my wallet some breathing room and also so I could play more of the current library without the urge to buy every new release.

Right now I’m playing BotW again, while collecting power moons in Mario in between, but I’m also trying to finish all the Picross stages and then want to play Binding of Isaac or finish Rabbids. And in 3 weeks we’ll have Xenoblade.

And there’s still ARMS and Splatoon jesus

Oh right Earthbound too

 

apparently Rocket League is out Tuesday!? So excited to finally try that one

Thoroughly enjoyed this. I gave every single person in town a bouquet and hit 10 hearts with everyone, haha. I wanted to see all their scenes! Ended up with Abigail though.
