My nephew was born at 8:26 pm (EST). He's healthy, he's beautiful, has a full head of hair, my sister in law is doing well. Life's good :)

Got a package waiting for me at the post office could it be the mystery limited vinyl?? I know it's not but fun to speculate. My guess is it's either Attack in Black or Strata vinyl. Both were pre ordered forever ago and like SF have been delayed lol

 

I kind of hope no shipping notifications go out and the limited vinyl just starts appearing.

 

Yeah that would be awesome tbh especially after they said mid-november. Would be totally unexpected and so Brand New.

 

Yeah, I actually wonder if in all the confusion around the preorder, and the number of times it went up and was taken down, if they accepted too many orders and didn’t want to cancel any (except duplicates) and had to have more produced.

 

Happened to me recently. I bought Mitski's Puberty 2 on vinyl and didn't get further shipping notifications once it arrived in Australia. Came home one day at 6pm and it was at my front door. Looking forward to spinning Science Fiction when it arrives!

What albums is everyone anticipating for the rest of the year? I've lost track of releases lately and it sucks. I'll listen to Taylor Swift this week and Björk next week, don't know what else is coming out lol

EDIT: New Björk album is out on the 24th, not the 17th. Oops

 

as a yankees fan it was hard to like him because he owned us for so many years even when the jays were terrible, but he was an all-timer. this was pretty sad to hear today.

 

Those are literally all I'm looking forward to for the rest of the year. I'll be playing catch up though with what I've missed

 

T Swift won't put her album up on streaming services who does she thinks she is Beyoncé! Even she put it up on Tidal didn't she?

 

Oooh, do you like Angel Olsen? Her collection of b-sides and rarities is out on Friday! Currently checking Upcoming Album Releases, Upcoming Music for what else is released!

 

I actually haven't heard much of hers aside from opening up for Arcade Fire like 3 weeks ago. I've been meaning to check her out! Although a b-side collection would probably be a weird entry point
