I just started Mindhunter last night! I’m only two episodes in, but I’m enjoying it so far.

 

Are they still selling Rally Drum? I just assumed it was a summer beer (this is the first year I've seen them sell it). I bought a few 12 packs of Rally Drum this summer and still had a few left in my fridge.

I already started buying winter beers. This year is really flying.

 

I don’t think they’re still selling it. I think the last time I bought it was probably July sometime and I don’t recall seeing in in the last month or so.

Not sure what I’ll get tomorrow (or today I guess) - will probably just be a spur of the moment decision like it usually is.

On the separate topic of sick kids - I can definitely relate. My daughter has had a cough for almost 3 weeks and every night has been the same routine - prescription cough medicine and Vicks. Seems to be getting better hopefully. And my 10 month old son has been tugging at his ears a lot in the past day and was really fussy this evening after we picked him up from daycare, so it’s looking like we may try to get him in for a Saturday morning doctor appointment.

That paragraph right there I why I need beer!

I had a couple Thirsty Dog Barktoberfests tonight.

 

my son was on antibiotics for ear infection for 10 days, on his last day of them my daughter had a fever so now she's on them for 10 days. I'm assuming in about 4 days it will be either mine or my wife's turn.

 

At this moment...

My wife has a bad cold and has been coughing and sneezing for the past five or so days.

My son probably has an ear infection.

My daughter is (hopefully) getting over her cold.

I’m not sick at all, but just had my...family planning procedure about 36 hours ago so I’m on the mend.

Nope. What’s a good starting point? I’m seeing a lot of albums.

 

Tbh, the only one I've listened to is Show You the World, but I really like it.

Listening to Paramore After Laughter. The last album I listened to was RIOT! Apparently I missed some sort of evolution with the last couple of albums

 

After Laughter is still the only Paramore album I’ve ever heard.


Night one of no pacifiers went surprisingly well, both kids asleep within less than an hour and no crying all night. Didn’t really hear anything from them until about 6:30 this morning.

 

@circasurviver @KidLightning I think that all of Paramore’s albums are worth a listen! Brand New Eyes is a favorite of many and their self-titled album from 2013 is really good too!

 

Only 1 feeding last night (3:55 am). Success!

 

They’ve been on my list, but there’s been so much new music this year I haven’t gotten around to them.
