I totally forgot about The Last Night, like everyone got excited about it but then they found out the creator was some alt-right/Gamergate/MRA dude and then the hype died.

Yeah, the guy came out and said that he didn't subscribe to that stuff anymore but by the time he did, the damage was done. Like I'm still curious about the game despite that, since I'm an unapologetic fanboy for cyberpunk stuff, but it still makes me a little leery about it. That and I'll be honest, I don't know how you can actually make a cyberpunk story around conservative ideas so I'd like to see how he'd try to pull that off.

I'm thinking about venturing into the XBO world but don't know what to get for it

 

the free games with gold, halos, gears. I got mine for near $150 a few weeks ago, you could probably get an S near black friday for $150 or so, too.

 

Halo is definitely a must, was never a fan of Gears but might try it again
