According to that interview, Rabbit Hole and No Future sound like they were pulled from Enema of the State, and Mark said he has the same feelings after listening to California as he did after hearing Enema and TOYPAJ.

I have a feeling that they open up with BTD (really emphasizing the new music) and maybe mix it up and close with Dammit and Feeling This.

Bored To Death really grew on me. Either that was some impressive guitaring nearing the end or string instruments. Either way, would prefer more focus on that.

 

I would love this set. But also really hoping for some rare old Dude Ranch/Cheshire Cat Mark driven songs like Lemmings or M&M's.

Awesome! I was listening to 105 on Sunday and they said they'd be talking to blink this week, stoked that it was this early in the week!

Crazy to me that Tom is just straight up lying about his relationship with Mark & with blink. Sad state of affairs.

 

I haven't been keeping up with all the interviews, but has Travis confirmed that he has been communicating with tom a lot recently? Didn't tom say something like that? Or is tom full of shit again?

 

Travis was on the radio yesterday in Philly and said that he talks to him every few days, but if I recall correctly he didn't seem to indicate that they have a super serious relationship again.

 

it's interesting that (if it's actually true) Travis and Tom talk a few times a week, and Mark hasn't talked to him in a year and a half. Seems odd.

 

I agree. Especially because Travis was throwing out some quality insults towards Tom after they kicked him out.

 

That quote from Mark is precisely why I don't believe a word of the "Tom is still in the band and can come back when he wants" bullshit. The guy is delusional.

 

Isn't Tom technically still in the band? He's 1/3 owner of the brand. They can't just kick him out. I would pay a decent amount of money just to learn about the legality of their situation.
