In all seriousness I will probably not get any more because I've been way too reckless with my money lately, but I think it's awesome if you go for it. I still need to get Daisy & Deja on vinyl and YFW too I need those intricacies. And also the Mene 7".

And are the white ones in store or online? I'm sure Mary will go to multiple record stores for all of us!

Online only i believe. I like the idea of having the white one, clear, black, blue/red that match the artwork and wtv the limited one ends up being.

 

My parents used to have a record player and I remember only two vinyl albums from when I was younger

I don't have a whole lot and I'm still trying to cut down. I'm just realizing there's a lot of stuff I enjoy on Spotify/my computer just as much as on vinyl, or just certain records I never play. Plus the fact that by next year I will have moved my collection 9 times between houses/apartments since I started collecting, and it's less than ideal to be moving too many records at a time.

I use rateyourmusic.com more than discogs to catalog all my stuff. I'm missing a few but according to RYM I now have 82 records on wax

 

yeah, don't want to buy stuff I don't want. also don't really know if I want to start collecting as it's quite expensive.

D & A. go to meeting, but play dead in there.

 

I have sooooo many cds that I want to get rid of but also don't want to get rid of.

Keep the ones that aren't jewel cases, throw away the jewel cases, and put those in a CD folder

According to RYM I have 136 cds (it's actually a bit more than that) but those are the ones I've bothered to add. How many would you say you have?

yeah I've been considering pulling all the art of the cases and putting it in a CD book along with the CDs but its just so much. and I never use cds anymore.

 

Oh really lol that's funny. I didn't know that it was like that. I've been a member since September 16, 2006 and have only 12 message board posts on there. I do talk elsewhere on there tho.

My wife had probably 50 cds when we started dating 13 years ago and I already had like 50 too, then through the years of buying and stealing cds from everywhere I just collected a ton.

about 4 years ago was the last time I bought cds and it was at frys and they had a basket of cds for 1 cent. got a few that I liked like boys night out trainwreck and that's been in the cd player of my truck ever since. probably haven't listened to it in a year though.

 

after listening to the 2 vendetta red albums that people know about I have decided that they were pretty good. Hope their reunion includes a tour since I never got to see them before.

somebody stop me from buying the vinyls from amazon.
