I’m trying to finish Xenoblade before Friday so I can devote time to playing AC

 

Finished my first playthrough of Oxenfree the other day. Love the atmosphere and the concept. Like how there's no combat or enemies really but the gameplay was still good.

 

Friday schedule for me:

No work,

Game from 8am until midnight. AC and WOLF

 

How are you going to decide which to play first?

 

I had this whole side account that I was saving solely for Black Friday but now I’m gonna use it for my festival this weekend so I’ll probably just pick up a game or two.

So my PS4 wiped all of my save data. Now I have to start Horizon all over again. Just in time for the expansion pack, yay!

 

Man, that sucks. Genuinely don't know what I'd do if that was me... Might be enough for me to give up on gaming for a bit to be honest, fuck.

In related news, I'm trying so hard not to cave and get a Switch. Got paid yesterday, and there's a Mario edition for like £330 on Amazon...

 

Luckily I’d only been playing Horizon and the last Hitman game. It was on an external hard drive too! Not sure what happened.

I’m tempted by the switch, I saw an offer yesterday on hotdealsuk saying Asda were selling them off for £200!?

 

Sorry to hear you lost your saves, do you have PS Plus? You may have saves up in the cloud if you do. As far a Switch talk goes, I've been loving mine so much since I got one earlier in the year so if you can afford it and grab one for £200 I'd say that's well worth it (especially if you like indie games).

Fuckk, I would 100% jump on at that price!! Just checked, and it seemed to be just the one rogue store selling at that price. Was all ready to find an Asda on my lunch break there haha.

 

Well there's the big games in Mario Odyssey, Zelda BOTW, Mario Kart, Mario vs Rabbids and Splatoon. Recently I've mainly been using it to play indie games like Stardew Valley, Golf Story, Shovel Knight and Night in the Woods. The great thing about playing these on the switch is that I can play these in handheld on my sofa while I've got the tv on in the background.

 

Apparently Very were selling them for under £300 with a game not long ago too. I don’t think my games saved to the cloud :( is it something you have to manually activate?

 

I love Stardew Valley! Been playing that on the PS4, lost my save on that too damn it. I didn’t know they were bringing out a Mario Vs Rabbids game! Definitely interested now haha.
