I actually expected them to say nothing, because they usually don't comment. Who actually believes that production changes like this are made overnight or over the course of a few weeks even? Whatever adjustments were made would have been done early on in the production of those parts, not yesterday.

 

I don’t disagree. At the same time it looks bad if they don’t deny a report from a very reputable news source that says they’ve lessened their quality on what’s being branded the most advanced phone there is.

Honesty what I feel what happened is they realized early one their QC standards were kicking back to many units and if they kept them they would be so far behind on production that they lessened them a small percentage to better meet the demand.

While their sources could be wrong I doubt Bloomberg is going to just publish that story with out multiple accounts corroborating it.

 

1) Apple doesn't lie.

2) Bloomberg's Apple "sources" are wrong all the time.

I don't think they lowered the accuracy if they say they didn't lower the accuracy.

 

Can I download and install HS without using the App Store?

 

No.

 

This is possible, but it's something that would have been done very early in the production process, like before the on-stage announcement and hands-on stuff. It's not something that would be done in the 11th hour, when a couple million devices have already been assembled and boxed for consumer use, which is the spin it's getting from several publications. I work for a product manufacturer, mind you not the size of Apple of course, but the smallest change in a part could delay a full product by weeks and months just because of everything involved in production.

This may be a dumb question, but will they tell you the delivery date before you confirm your purchase? Like i'm fine with either finish so can you see which one may be delivered sooner before you buy

 

Yeah it will list the delivery date on pretty much every page throughout the whole process
