I want to try one of those places so bad. We used to have a Fogo De Chao, but they went out of business.

 

Yeah, I've found that you really need to be near an Army base to get the good stuff. Guys marry Korean women and they open restaurants and salons. It was amazing being able to get a haircut and good amount of food for under $20 in the same plaza. lol

I used to be a taco hog. Really glad I cut back on that. Way too expensive. It also helps that I hate driving to get food.

Haha, these were hard tacos that I made at my house. I think house tacos are the best tacos.

The term "house tacos" made me think of a bunch of people in taco suits dancing to EDM at a rave.

 

I don't trust myself much cooking/seasoning meats.

 

now i want tacos but on the bright side some restaurant is bringing pulled pork and mac & cheese for lunch

We just got this Tex Mex restaurant called Chuy's. Anyone ever been?

 

There's one here, I like it alright. It's nothing extraordinary, but as far as like chain restaurant type places go, you can do worse.

 

I mostly just bake chicken and pork. It's incredibly easy. I don't cook as much as I should. I burn water when I boil it.

 

The only meat I'm decent at cooking is fish, or burgers.

 

I love cooking. I cooked some seared ahi tuna a while ago that was amazing. I should do that again soon.

 

cooking makes me anxious I'll start a fire, microwaving nachos is the most I'll do

While we're still on cooking. I made great stir fry the other night. I'm still really pleased with it

 

Also, I don't feel like buying cookware. I seriously bake in my broiler pan on top of some tinfoil.

 

I want to make some braised short ribs but not sure if I want to go the classic red wine route or do asian style.

 

just made oven nachos for dinner last night! not to brag but there's a good chance i'm the nacho queen

 

Not gonna lie I spell out gif. I'm a monster.
