He sought an evaluation for those issues when he was suspended. It's probably hard to keep up with Steelers news while trying to follow your like 28 other favorite teams, but it was kind of a big story.

 

For alcohol related issues... I don't know of anything more and even if it was, you're still just guessing. There's nothing that details it so assuming is dumb. Every report has been solely about his role, I don't find it to be fun when people just think "hes crazy" simply because he's unhappy with his role on a team.
