Now the real drama: relegation zone.

  2. Surprised at how demoralized I am. It was always going to be unlikely to catch them. Maybe it's the fact that it was Chelsea and how up for it them and their fans were despite a totally listless season. Us completely losing composure isn't particularly cheerful either. I honestly feel a bit ill.

I wonder if Poche will maybe get a ban. Obviously he was trying to play peacekeeper (and more precisely, trying to keep Rose from getting sent off) but he still went on the pitch and put hands on players. Ugh. What a terrible day.

It's horrible to lose a league after coming so close, I feel for you guys I really do.

Tottenham are 100% facing a fine, it's an automatic fine for the club if they have five bookings, and Tottenham had nine, which is a record.

Interested to see which players get picked up and banned after the match.

    Clattenburg should be banned.

Just saw Ashley Cole's red card. That is spectacularly bad refereeing hahahah

I was never expecting to catch Leicester, but I can't believe it ended like that. Clattenburg was horrible. Spurs came utterly unhinged. What an utter shitshow of a performance. I don't want to see how many players are lost for the end of the season, I would loathe finishing behind Arsenal after such a wonderful season.

Poche was so graceful that post match interview, great respect for that man.

  9. Restaurant I'm at is playing the highlights ugh

I'm now realizing that watching live, I was seeing the Hazard goal in slow motion in my head lol. Felt like it curved for ages before finding the net. Much quicker on this highlight hahafuckme

Not trying to hate on Spurs here, but even from a totally neutral perspective, they were a fucking disgrace all game.

Alli is already going to be banned. Now they can add Walker for flicking his blood at Costa, Lamela for a stamp, Dembele for the eye poke. Alongside this, Poch will probably get an (undeserved) touchline ban for entering the field of play and getting involved, plus faliure to control players. Not to mention anyone found guilty in the tunnel fight after the game...

All of that coupled with Ald's injury and they could be in for a tough final two fixtures against an in form Saints and a Newcastle side fighting for their lives.

Jesus christ. I'm out of words for how disgusting this team has been. Now Danny Rose... The man he sends tumbling is 69 year old Guus Hiddink.

Be sure to drink your Ovaltine.

Rather disgusting. I get that tensions were high but once the match is over, there really is nothing to fight over since it won't change anything. Then again, 9 yellows say it was coming.

If that was deliberate that's an absolute disgrace from Rose.

Watched it a few times. Deliberate. He then starts going mental at and fighting all the Chelsea players around him. Could be not just a ban, but a very long one.

Remember when Shelvey nearly kicked off with Alex Ferguson?

Or when Gatusso was two seconds away from being obliterated by Joe Jordan?

I agree, but I think the first foul (I remember seeing anyways) of the match really set the tone. I'm trying to go back through and find the highlights to find out who was involved, but the Chelsea player went studs up into a tackle without being anywhere near the ball. It was barely given a free kick after a talking too from the ref.

I honestly think the ref didn't want the match to rest on his shoulders, so he let them play and as it started to fall apart for Spurs he just simply lost control. Instead of sending people off, he just kept handing out yellows. So I think it comes down to hindsight really. If he would have sent a Chelsea player off in the first 4 minutes, he would have caught shit for ruining the match and giving the victory to Spurs (assuming Spurs didn't get all Spursy).

Think I just heard English bookies are paying out 11 million in winnings for Leicester.

They've made a killing on Leicester overall though, as they haven't paid out on any of the Chelsea/UTD/Arsenal/City bets, just the very few people who put their money on Leicester. They're also going to make a lot of money on people chucking a speculative tenner on Burnley or West Brom or Crystal Palace winning the league next year.

They've done some fantastic marketing having everybody refer to Leicester's chances continually as 5000/1, as well as making out like they're losing a lot of money on Leicester.
