not trying to fast at all. well, fasting right now, by mistake. Forgot to bring my snacks to work lol.

I'm supposed to just eat nuts, and high fat foods, and non-starchy vegetables all day long.

Flounder, salmon, almond milk, almonds, hazelnuts, lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, radishes, celery, cauliflower, steak, prime rib, chicken, pork chops, hamburgers, any cheeses, high fat dairy, Halo Top ice cream, eggs.
