Richard Lewis is the best part of that show

I like Richard Lewis, but this is quite a stretch!!!!!

 

I mean like, his friendship with LD is my favorite part. Better?

My girlfriend thinks the same thing. I get it, but I personally liked their relationship and I kind of miss her having a larger role on the show.

 

My favorite character speaking strictly in terms of my enjoyment per amount of screen time is probably Leon. (In Seinfeld by this definition, it's probably Frank Costanza)

Obviously, Larry is my overall favorite character though. (In Seinfeld, it's George)

 

We’re moving down that road too. Looking like a 2018 Honda Odyssey.

We found a pretty good deal on ours. A 2015 with only 9,000 miles and in great shape!

 

that's great. smart to buy used. buying new is nice at first because it's new of course, but not worth it especially after your kid takes a permanent marker to the middle seat in the 2nd row after 6 months.

Refactoring hundreds of queries to use new tables names sucks.
so easy to make a mistake or miss something that it takes forever.

plus testing each one will be a nightmare.

 

Yeah, we didn't even consider new vans at this time. We were looking for something fairly new and low in miles, which this one is! I'm sure I'll have some horror stories like that in the not too distant future :/

We bought our first new car a few years ago, and my wife is still like super protective with it. She refuses to let me work on it, even small stuff like oil changes or new brakes. It has to go to dealership. Just found out last week she took it to the dealership to have new wiper blades put on....$89.99 :/

I am not excited about having a car payment for the first time ever . . .

 

I'd probably die if my wife spent that on wiper blades. I get car stuff pretty cheap so I buy my own oil/filter, air filters and wipers, but I haven't done an oil change myself in a few years. Found a place where I can take it with my own (full synthetic oil and filter) and they do it for $18. seems reasonable since I only need 2 per year. might try to get some ramps soon and do my own next time though.
