Thanks, it's on my list to listen to, but I feel like I have to be in the right headspace for it. I listened to JEW's Chase This Light on my ride into work this morning so now I'm in more of a pop rock mood, plus it's sunny here and that doesn't really seem like a sunny day record.

Mine was a narrative criticism of the song Limousine, which was extremely depressing. I got an A though.

You actually love being annoying. I hate that i'm the one feeding the troll, but really, you sound so dumb.

Also, i'm pretty sure there is no reason to be pointing fingers at other countries about levels of evil. Every single one of them has things to not be proud of, yours included.

I would love to read that!

I wish I could find mine. I believe it's on a hard drive in which the USB port is dead on, so I haven't been able to access it for years.

For tracking weight loss, I'd recommend weighing yourself first thing in the morning in the nude since that's the time that you're less likely to be affected by external factors. It doesn't give you an accurate picture of your actual weight but it helps with tracking progress.

I had a similar experience, where I had multiple parts of different songs stuck in my head all weekend. Listening this morning on the way to work sort of solidified it as a "loved" album more than just a "liked." "Peace Sign" is also really good. My biggest gripe with the album, though, is that some of the repetition seems like filler as opposed to good/purposeful songwriting.

I like the instrumentation on the entire album except for "Everyone But You," which seems to be lacking the vibrancy and "oomph" the rest of the album has. I do agree with you about the Skiba-esque vibe his vocals have though!

It's so tough to find time with kids, you're right about that!

I try to weigh myself weekly when I'm dieting because day to day it's easy to get discouraged.

Yeah, I could definitely see that with the repetition. It doesn't bother me too much since all of the songs are so short (the opener and closer are the longest, but if you just include the actual song parts of those tracks, they're probably 3 and a half minutes too).

No problem. I haven't actually tried it yet, but it's one I have bookmarked to work into my routine when I need to switch things up. Add in a warm-up routine plus time to stretch afterward, and that's a solid 20-25 minutes. I squeeze my workouts in first thing in the morning before anyone else (except the cat) is awake.

Also, I'm not sure either, so we'll just say yes, it's good.

I love this Front Bottoms record, though I still feel like I'm getting to know the second half, so I can't really say what the highlights are. But right now I really love You Used To Say and Bae, and both singles are great.

I want to take bets for how much the *Special vinyl pressing* is going to sell for on Ebay. Right now I see some posts at around 175. I definitely think it will go up.

Why is it that Julien Baker gives me chills on every single one of her songs? Her new single is so fucking good omg.

Whats your opinion on intermitent fasting? I have a coworker who only eats between 2 pm and 10 pm. Works out in the morning, drinks a bunch of water, but again doesn't eat until 2 pm. And he is in ridiculous shape. Apparently Terry Crews does this.

It will go up especially once people start getting them. So sickening.

I feel like it depends on what it includes and how limited it actually was (500 or 5000), but yeah you're probably right that it'll hit $200+.

@ComedownMachine MGMT S/T is definitely better than I remember. Definitely a solid record, for sure.

I haven't looked into it that much, but I think for people already in good shape, maybe they can get away with it, but I don't know if that's a good way to get into shape. I do know it is helpful for building muscle and recovering if you eat within 45 minutes of a workout.

I'm also in the camp that just because something works, doesn't mean it's good for you. Especially if it's something that would be hard to stick with, which a diet schedule like that sounds like it would be (for me).

My co-worker does something similar to this. Drinks water all day, drinks a cup of bulletproof coffee when they wake up. Then, they don't eat for 12 hours from when they wake up

I have some coworkers who tried the Jimmy Kimmel thing where they fast and eat only 600 calories or less on some days and then eat normal/extra on other days. Apparently these can work similarly to cutting calories across the board, but with the ups and downs it's really hard to stick with.

And this is only anecdotal, but none of them made it longer than a month.
