Writers really out here writing up moral arguments against playing Shadow of Mordor because of "Orc slavery", like my man have you read LotR

Definitely not something I’d have a personal issue with, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a valid reason for someone to not enjoy the game.

For an individual person it's valid, yes, because you obviously can't pick what triggers you and what doesn't, but not as a subject for multiple articles and podcasts intended to make other people feel bad, because if you look at the source material it's really a nonsense argument. That's just me though.

Just because it’s in the source material, doesn’t mean you have to be comfortable with it. I think it’s an interested and worthwhile point for people to bring up and mention, I haven’t seen anyone go beyond the fact that suggest they aren’t comfortable playing it.

See maybe that's it, I have heard stuff that goes beyond that on some podcasts

I only heard Brad on GB mention it briefly, and he didn’t seem that worked up about it.

On a different note, it looks like a few Odyssey reviews are trickling out? I saw a 10/10 out there.

Hoping to get my hands on a Switch by tax return time at the latest.

It was just revealed today Gen 3 is coming to Pokemon Go this month, so there will be plenty of new shit to catch.

Phoenix 2 is one I play a lot of. It’s a top down bullet hell game that moves kinda slowly (only one stage per day) but it keeps me pretty occupied

Thoughts on Ghost Recon Wildlands after about 5hours this weekend:
    - Game is beautiful. The world is awesome and interesting.
    - Gunplay is fun and varied. I enjoyed how the enemies didn't feel "bullet-spongey"
    - Map is way TOO BIG. Navigation is a nightmare. Cars are a pain. Events are too spread out. Takes 10 minutes to get ANYWHERE.
    - Feels like Far Cry. Not Ghost Recon. Definitely was not expecting it to be THAT Far Cry, but man it was.
    - Menus are so fucking hard to read...like laughably hard to see.
    - Upgrade system makes no sense.
    - Lots of fun solo. I think they took some good pointers from the issues with the Division and corrected the majority of them.

Will most likely buy the game after I get through a few of my others games. I really liked it.

I also, I admit 5 hours in a game this size means almost nothing, but
