Don't know Iron Chic, but you had me at "punk" I'm really getting more and more into that specific genre lately, so I'm gonna go listen today.

 

I can't say whether The OC was the best teen drama of all time since I haven't seen all other teen dramas, but I think it's probably fair to say that it was pretty influential though, right?

We just finished season 2 and from what I recall (from 12 years ago), it continues to go downhill. The rewatch has still been pretty fun though.

Yeah I don't watch tv like that either, I just think that's a different way to take the show. I download/stream everything and don't have cable or anything like that. I understand it's hard to laugh at a cop show when cops are pretty terrible irl.

I agree it's probably not worth watching if you didn't like it before since there's so much good stuff to watch instead. I still need to watch the newest season of The Americans. and you and david bullied me into wanting to watch the leftovers so there's that.

 

i mean, its definitely on the lighter side of punk... i wont call it pop punk because its the good kind of pop punk and i dont wanna bunch it with that genre because it has such a bad rep and generally is bad.

Jason, you missed it a couple pages back, but how do you feel RE: spaghetti?

 

Season 1 of The OC is excellent. After that its consistently downhill.

Also if we are gonna talk about New Girl, can we talk about how that show managed to make some fairly likeable people really unlikable? Like it just gets to a point where everybody is annoying and it just isn't fun anymore. And I only made it like three seasons in so I can't imagine the getting less annoying.

Oh Jason! I just finished season one of Mr Robot and my brain is broken. That was crazy!

 

I wouldnt consider Boy Meets World a teen drama. Like don't get me wrong, I love Boy Meets World. But it was way more comedy with some dramatic story-arcs.

 

One, what the hell did I just miss in here?
