Ugh. I tel myself to wake up early so I can do homework and then leave for school and have ample free time before class and 99% of the time I end up laying and bed and browsing this stupid website until the very last minute

I've been living far away from my wife and kids for almost two months for work. Getting this job will reunite us.

I found this picture on Reddit of an autumn photoshoot gone awry so I made the baby a breakdancer and the parents the hype crew

@Mary V I have to admit I got emotional reading this. It got me thinking about how much Brand New have meant to me over the years and with Science Fiction it has cemented their place in my heart forever. Such a special band to me and so many others here. It's also so bittersweet now that the end is near for the band.

Starting with High & Low, the San Fran show a couple of days later and now this upcoming tour until next year, I think it will be quite an emotional time for the band and their fans. I don't know if I'm fully prepared for all the feels that it will bring as everyone gets nostalgic and reminisces about this one of a kind band.

Sharing the piece again for those of you who haven't read it yet. Well done Mary.

Brand New turn old and grey gracefully with the spectacular Science Fiction

I'm still in disbelief over how good this album is. How the hell did they exceed my expectations?

By taking nearly a decade, re-writing it probably 5 times, oh and I think they switched out a few drummers and bassists until they had some talent to work with Vin and Jesse.

I am not in love with Radiohead.

I've never been in love with Radiohead. The one album I mostly like is Hail to the Thief and even that creeps me out after awhile.

    Fake Plastic Trees though, damn

Yeah I listened to In Rainbows yesterday. And while I didn't dislike it. I just don't really ever see myself wanting to put it on again.

I like Radiohead, but not as much as some people. I really love OK Computer, Kid A, and Moon Shaped Pool. In Rainbows I struggle to really get into to be honest. Feel pretty much the same as @fenway89 on that. I don't think I've really listened in full to any of their other albums, but there are random songs here and there that I like.

I think they're just a hard band to get into when you start late, because their music really requires multiple listens to really sink in, and when they already have multiple albums, it's hard to devote enough time to each of them.

They're the biggest grower band ever though. In Rainbows is one of my favorite albums ever but I didn't feel that way my first couple listens
