I did mean movies! But I'm definitely gonna check out some of those games, especially the free ones haha.

So my little sisters (11 and 14) have been staying with us since last Saturday while my parents are in Charleston for their 30th anniversary. And their insane puppy. Between taking them both to (separate) schools in the morning, picking them up from school, making sure they do their homework, providing dinner, making sure they get to bed, taking care of the crazy puppy, I am absolutely exhausted. I realize I am not ready to be a parent haha. This is long-winded but only to say that in 20 minutes my parents will be landing and I am freeeeee. My wife works all day tomorrow. I am going to sleep in, smoke a few bowls, and chill in bed all day. I cannot wait. If anyone has any cool recs for stuff to watch (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, HBO) lmk. I know this gets brought up a lot but maybe something new will pop up.

 

I've never seen Blade Runner. Would that one be good to watch whole stoned?

 

I think blade runner is too long to watch while high, personally. It is very vibey tho

 

I know most will not have the stomach for it, but I looove watching surgery videos on YouTube. Lately I've been into open heart. It's just so fascinating.

going through netflix and they took down a few that i would recommend. Punch Drunk Love and Waking Life are on there though and those are really good ones to watch while stoned.

maybe it's just my millenial attention span compounded by pot that makes me think this but i'll try blade runner stoned bc this thread has rarely if ever lead me astray

 

Picked up some San Fernando Valley OG last night. Wow! New favorite strain!

 

when i get stoned i tend to zero in on whatever im watching/reading/playing if im enjoying it. i also watch a bunch of movies in the theater so that helps me be less distracted by my phone or whatever.

my problem is trying to find something to watch. i get bored looking through netflix and give up half of the time haha

 

Italian horror is a pretty great place to start cause they tend to be more surreal and visually inventive... to that point, suspiria, phenomena, the beyond, the editor, giallo flicks, etc. hellraiser was a good time when i got stoned and watched it. eraserhead and Lynch's works in general... hausu... antibirth. donnie darko i haven't seen but from what i understand would be good. spiral might be fun. society, from beyond, in the mouth of madness are all pretty freaky. might be worth it to pop into Movie - The Horror Thread for recs too.

 

I was gonna post this in the theme park thread, but not sure if people there are smokers or not so i'll ask here.

What are the chances of me getting into a theme park with my oil pen? Think that I can just say it's a vape pen and that'll be that?

yeah I HIGHLY doubt they would even look twice or ask about it. If you want just keep it fairly hidden because they aren't looking for that stuff, they hardly glance in bags.
Depends on where you're going, of course. Maybe some places are more strict than others. I'm mostly speaking from my experience at disney world and busch gardens.

I got into Worlds of Fun here in KC with my Pax no problem. I figure security might be tighter at Disneyland or something.

So my uncle deals weed that he gets sent to him
from his connect in Washington and he has been shipping my mom oil for her to try. I really want him to ship me weed but I’m living with my parents so that’s not an option, although I think they’d be fine with like edibles and pretty much anything other than nug. So I’m wondering, what should I get him to send me? I’m open to anything really, I just have never been to a dispensary so I don’t know the extent of what they have.
