My dad is so positive it's sickening. I was talking about not picking up a penny on tales bc of bad luck. He says, "I don't see free money as a sign of bad luck." Lol

He's pretty awesone which is why I prefer hanging out with him as opposed to my friends.

 

Is pretty awesome. I have to ask....how is it that your dad is like a normal human and you mom is....well, your mom? Are they still married?

 

Ha I have no clue. They are still married. I think it has more to do with the fact that they don't really believe in divorce. I think they should. He's a saint to put up with her shit and she knows she's lucky bc she has said it plenty of times. I love my mom but I would have divorced her a looooong time ago. She's just mean natured.

 

Amen Sister. My parents divorced when I was 4. Thank god. My father would have turned into a full blown booze bag if they hadn't gotten divorced and I'd probably be in a padded room eating my own hair.

I've been sick for five days. After the initial two days of sleeping, I've moved on to the straight annoyed. Finished The Newsroom, though. That was pretty good.

There was an article about the Seattle show in kotaku that has me hyped. I think they are doing two NYC shows in one day. I'll probably bite on it tomorrow.

 

Texas Frightmare Weekend was cool. I got out without spending too much I guess, and I saw George Romero, Robert Englund, Tom Savini, David Arquette, Tony Todd, and two of the stars of the Scream TV series. Didn't talk to any of them because I'm me but it was kind of exciting nonetheless. Arquette wears cool shoes and seems fun.
