Luckily I haven't been sick in many many years. I think I've only taken like 10 aspirin in the past 5 years.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Hopefully they are okay. I can't imagine still being unsure if some of my friends were safe :/

No, but I know people there. It's scary as hell. I was talking with one of them as stuff was happening last night. Everyone I know directly is safe.

 

When we have babies that are born withdrawing, I'll go after my shift sometimes and hold one of them bc they cry nonstop and holding them seems to help but there aren't enough nurses to hold all of them. Anyways, I'm in this like play area for the kid patients and I have never seen so many kids this still in my life. They're watching Inside Out, which I've never seen, and it's a very good movie so far.

I used to be. decided to face my depression and anxiety on my own a few years ago and I think it was the right choice for me. everyone is obviously different tho

 

i was on zoloft for a year and it was great at first but my productivity was night and day. i had become so lazy and behind. i stopped taking them a month and a half ago and i am back to being productive with, knock on wood, no true episodes. so i feel ya.

 

What should I listen to when I work out tonight?

 

I wish I could get off these damn meds..but when I got off I started having hour long panic attacks..so my doc said I'll have to be on them for life.

 

I feel fortunate that I don't have to deal with any mental illness, depression, anxiety, etc. But I'm here for those that do and hope to try to lift people's spirits and stay positive about things to the best of my ability.
