I would send an email to the support address with your order number and Blink ticket pre-sale in the subject line and see what's up. It can't hurt and I feel like you should have yours by now.

 

I did, but no answer. And their site says allow up to two business days for responses. Which of course won't be tomorrow or Sunday.

 

That's pretty messed up. Do they have a Twitter or Facebook feed you can blow up?

 

I saw a Facebook and messaged it, got some automated message about high volumes and it directed me to the business day only email . HAHAHAHHA fml

 

So apparently they took down the Black 180g and added a white? Wonder if it sold out?

Either way, still glad I was able to order one.

I do see they have a Twitter handle but haven't tweeted in 11 hours. I guess blow that thing up. I find it bizarre that you were an early mover and don't have it yet. Dumb question, but did the email get marked as spam? I am really hopeful you get yours tomorrow. I wonder when the last round of codes was sent.

 

I sent them a tweet from my Twitter I haven't used in years lol. I really hope I get this tomorrow too, I hope they still send tomorrow! Their customer service apparently doesn't operate weekends but I hope the codes do

 

And I checked my spam. I WISH that was the case

 

I can tell you that they are using Vertical Response Marketing to send those codes out to people on behalf of Kings. Do you want me to try and find some contact info for them? I am not sure how helpful they would be, but I am willing to do what I can.

Here is a link to the marketing campaign's support page. They claim to offer support every day via phone, chatting, or email. I would guess they would not be able to see specific emails for privacy reasons, but maybe can answer questions about the timing of email batches going out and that sort of thing.

I'm sorry if this has been answered, but where did you see this? Any word on if there is a specific bundle these would come with, or be scattered between the bundles?

I am on mobile and thought the same. I saw a phone number towards the bottom. I was hoping the desktop page would be a little better haha. I also didn't want to click too far in and it no longer be their support page.
